Immediately following college I held several all-encompassing jobs on Capitol Hill. Those jobs equipped me with the intellectual capacity to succeed across industries and roles. I executed a mix of public relations, marketing, reputation and crisis management, and project management. As the youngest member on the leadership team I mastered managing relationships and quickly developed the ability to be decisive and communicative. I was a creative problem solver managing complex issues across all levels of the organization. I built and managed an organizational decision-making framework, established the overall scheduling strategy and refined goals and objectives with the leadership team. I had a critical understanding of each stakeholder position and set daily priorities by analyzing seemingly disparate streams of information and making recommendations. I worked directly with the Senator to decide when, where and how to show up.
